With your permission, SiftKind reads the contacts available through the iPhone Contacts database to compare records. Supported fields can include names, labeled numbers and emails, addresses, dates, relationships, social and messaging profiles, portraits and organization details. Contact Notes are not accessed or included in recovery. Notes on removed cards cannot be copied or recovered; copy any notes you need in Contacts before merging.
Contact access, matching and user-approved merges happen on your iPhone. SiftKind does not upload contact content, recovery copies or source fingerprints to our servers or third parties, including RevenueCat, Sentry and LaunchDarkly. SiftKind has no separate account login or contact-sync backend.
Accounts already configured in iOS, such as iCloud, may sync Contacts changes according to their own settings and policies. Limited permission restricts the app to selected contacts. You can change permission in iPhone Settings.
Contact indexes, protection decisions, operation journals and encrypted recovery copies are stored in protected app storage on this iPhone. Local recovery and indexes are excluded from automatic device/cloud backup. Recovery copies remain until you delete them; clearing the scan cache does not delete recovery.
The current app provides local recovery and does not offer recovery-file import or export. App encryption keys are stored in the device Keychain.
Deleting the app or losing the device can remove local recovery copies. Restoring purchases restores eligible Pro access; it does not restore deleted local contact recovery data.
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase, entitlement and renewal information to manage Pro access, along with technical information required by its SDK. We do not receive your payment card details.
Sentry receives limited crash/error diagnostics such as app build, OS/device information, stack traces and fixed error categories. The app disables session replay, screenshots, view hierarchy, performance tracing and automatic breadcrumbs. Contact content and raw error messages are excluded from app diagnostic events.
LaunchDarkly receives a generated installation identifier, app version, environment and technical app/device information to deliver feature configuration. It does not receive contact content. These providers may process data outside your country under their policies and our service arrangements. We do not use advertising SDKs or sell contact data. These integrations provide access, reliability and feature configuration, not advertising profiles.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send. Send only the information needed to resolve the issue; do not send contact records, recovery archives or recovery keys. Request access, correction or deletion of support information through support@4aiteknoloji.com. Legal purchase-record retention obligations may apply.
We update the date on this page when this notice changes. Review the policy again after app updates that introduce new data flows.
